Intense and fast. A tightly tensioned net the size of a hula hoop is placed at ankle height between two teams of 2. The palm-sized ball is hit on the net and jumps towards the counterteam. These can play the ball up to three times (like volleyball) to get it under control and then let it jump back to the other team. If one team does not catch him, the other gets a point.
